Frequently Asked Questions

BENRUS warrants, for a period of two years from the date of original purchase, the hands, movement and dial face plate of this timepiece to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Only timepieces purchased directly from BENRUS or at Authorized BENRUS retailers are covered under this warranty. Excluded from warranty coverage are any damage to the band, crystal (glass), battery or any other part of the timepiece not expressly warranted herein, as well as damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use. In order to fulfill the warranty requirements, including battery changes, all timepieces must be repaired by a BENRUS Authorized Service Center. The warranty becomes null and void if the caseback is opened by anyone other than an Authorized Service Center. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Additional rights may be available under the laws of your State.

BENRUS watches are manufactured to the highest technical standards using qualitatively tested and innovative materials.
Your watch is guaranteed for twenty-four months from date of purchase. This international warranty covers any manufacturing and material defect. For service, all watches must be sent to an official Benrus After Sales Service Center. Please refer to the support page at (link directly to support page)

The warranty excludes the following: the band, the strap, the crystal breaking and scratching as well as possible faults caused by improper use as well as factors due to normal aging or wear of the watch.

By registering your warranty online, you can extend it by an additional year, bringing the total warranty period to three years. In addition to this extension, your registration allows us to follow your new watch, keep you informed of our latest releases, and notify you when your warranty is approaching its expiration. You will also receive tips on how to prolong the lifespan of your watch and maintain its performance.

To do so, scan the QR code on your warranty card or visit warranty.benrus-hub.com and follow the instructions.

If your BENRUS timepiece has a manufacturer's defect covered by our two-year warranty, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion without charge. Please ship all watches to the Authorized Service Center in appropriate, protective packaging (not the original display box) and complete and include the downloadable repair form as seen below. It is recommended that you insure and track shipments.
Please provide:
- Your name, address, phone number and an email address, if possible
- Proof of point of purchase, date of purchase, model/serial #
- A brief description of the issue and repair needed
Out of Warranty
A damaged timepiece not covered by our warranty can be repaired by our Authorized Service Center. Note that repair costs and handling charges may apply. Include your name, address, phone number, and a valid email address (optional) with your return, along with a brief description of the repair needed.
Please ship your timepiece insured via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping
Orders placed before 12 PM PST on weekdays will be fulfilled same day and all other orders will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are processed the following Monday. Items can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the initial purchase.
International Shipping 
Benrus Watch Co delivers internationally via FedEx International Priority. Shipping prices are determined by location and can be obtained during the order process before the payment screen.
U.S. orders are processed from New York, NY. For European orders, shipments are processed from La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland.
Benrus Watch Co does not charge any U.S. local sales taxes for international orders, but you are responsible for all local customs, import duties, and taxes required by your country. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of local import taxes and fees, which Benrus Watch Co has no involvement with. Any packages refused by the customer will be processed by FedEx and may take up to 4 weeks to be returned, at which point a credit will be issued for the purchase price minus the shipping cost.

Weekend inquiries will be answered in the order of receipt on Monday (there is no need to resend as we answer the oldest messages and emails first).

Most items ship within 48 business hours. Items do not ship out on Saturday or Sunday.

If you created an account when you placed your order, please log-in using your username and password and your order status information will be available on your account page. If you checked out as a guest and did not create an account, you can also check your order status using the order number we sent in your order confirmation email and the email address you used when you placed your order.
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation which will contain carrier and tracking information. If you created an account when you checked out, you can also obtain this information by logging into your account online.

We accept most major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay and affirm.

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to U.S. states where we have a business presence and/or we have determined sales taxes are applicable. Items shipped to APO / FPO military addresses are not subject to taxes. The amount of state sales tax charged is based on current tax rates. State and local tax rates are subject to change at any time. Tax will be refunded for returned items.
Outside of the USA, the Buyer will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is confirmed. The prices on the Website and/or eshop are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT). For deliveries outside of Switzerland, Swiss VAT will be deducted from the invoice displayed on the checkout page or communicated via email.
BENRUS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and to cancel a purchase agreement that contains errors in wording, printing or calculation.
Delivery costs are borne by BENRUS. However, custom clearance fees may apply.
The fees applicable to the method of payment are displayed in the shopping cart before the confirmation of the order and are added to the prices indicated for the order, or, in the event that the order is placed via email, are communicated through such means. By placing the order, the Buyer accepts to bear the aforementioned fees.
In addition to delivery and custom clearance costs, deliveries to countries other than Switzerland may imply customs duties, taxes and other costs (which may depend on many factors including, without limitation, the value, type of goods purchased, administrative costs and destination of the shipment) and which are not always taken into account in any of the prices indicated on the Website and/or eshop. The Buyer must bear any custom duties and other taxes applicable in the country of delivery, as well as any other costs linked to delivery of the purchased products outside of Switzerland. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer agrees to pay any customs duties, taxes or any other costs that may apply in relation to the delivery in another country than Switzerland. 

While we strive to include all items in a single package, however, due to our pick & pack process, this is not always the case. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking information for each package shipped and there are no additional fees of any kind for split-shipments.

All U.S. orders will arrive in 3 - 5 business days within the continental 48 states, 7-14 days for Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories, and up to 4 weeks for APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping has a delivery time of 2-3 business days. Two-day delivery will arrive in 2 days (excluding Sunday) if the order is placed by 11 AM EST. Two-Day delivery service is not available for APO/FBO, Hawaii, Alaska or US Territories. Orders placed for Europe, Middle East and Asia will be delivered within 7-14 days.

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 14 days after the initial purchase for full refund. Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags need to be intact. Watches returned with signs of wear or use, stickers removed, etc. will not be accepted for return and returned to purchaser.
