Benrus is making headlines with its latest collection, as featured in WatchPro. The iconic American watchmaker, known for its military-grade timepieces, is reviving its legacy with a series of reissues and modern adaptations.
Among the highlights is the DTU-2A/P 2025, a faithful reissue of the Vietnam-era field watch, maintaining its 34mm sandblasted stainless steel case, hacking ETA 2671 movement, and classic 12/24-hour dial. The Type 1 and Type 2 models also return, now featuring 39.5mm cases, upgraded 36 ATM water resistance, and refined ETA 2892 movements, staying true to their military origins.
Looking ahead, Benrus is developing Project Type 3X, an advanced mission-ready watch crafted in collaboration with US Special Forces veterans.
With a new facility in La Chaux-de-Fonds and a team of industry veterans, Benrus is firmly positioning itself for the future.
