Return Policy

Store purchases

Our goal at BENRUS is to exceed your expectations.  BENRUS accepts returns or exchanges of non-personalized, unworn, unaltered and undamaged items within 30 days of original purchase.  All merchandise tags must be attached and the receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  If a refund is requested, it will be given in the form of the original payment.  When the purchase form of payment is a credit card, the card must be present.  Gift exchanges must be accompanied by a gift receipt and will be exchanged only for merchandise credit.  If an item is defective it may be returned; however, normal wear and tear will not be considered defective. 

Online purchases

Online purchases of unaltered, unworn, and undamaged items can be returned within 60 days of original purchase at any BENRUS location.  All merchandise tags must be attached and the receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  You may also use the return shipping label provided to you.  To do so, please log in to your account and initiate a return under the "My Returns" section where you will receive an RMA number and may print a shipping label.

Once your merchandise has been verified to be in its original condition, we will process your return and provide your refund in the form of the payment method used to place your original order within 5-7 business days. 

Categories under manufacturer warranties

Watches: Hands, dial, and watch movement are covered under a limited warranty for up to 10 years. Defective material or workmanship under normal use will be repaired and returned for free at a BENRUS approved retailer. Please see BENRUS for an authorized jeweler near you for proper watch repair.  BENRUS is not liable for watches that have been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material and workmanship.

Outerwear: To fully protect your rights, you must complete and return the attached Warranty/Security Registration Card to Vanson.

Sunglasses: Co-branded Randolph sunglasses can be repaired by sending them to:

Bourbon and Boweties: All items are final sale.  Returns and exchanges are not accepted.  Damaged items will not be sold to customers.  Please examine the bangle thoroughly prior to purchase.

3rd party purchases

Unfortunately BENRUS cannot accept returns of items purchased from a third party retailer.  Please contact the retailor from which you made your purchase for all return and exchange-related inquiries.
